So recently I’ve had a few chats with accounts. Get replies and then they send friend request. Once they get it they send a couple of messages positive then nothing. My fear is that they are chatting to get access to pics that could be used elsewhere etc. if it is just because they don’t like what they see I’ve no issue but my cautious head tells me could be for a darker reason. Anyone else had this?

It's strange and thete doesn't seem to be any real logic to it. Why not remove all your friends only pics and vids and see it if still happens.

Yeah think I will do that for now. Interested to see if anyone else has similar experience or picked up on this also. Might be overthinking but I’m a bit cautious

It's wise to be cautious.

I suggest that you check that people are photo verified and possibly meet verified before accepting friend requests. Maybe chat first rather than accept the request straightaway.

I'm not sure what you mean by fake accounts though. Pretending to be someone else?

My advice would be, don't put compromising photos on here. Keep your face off your genitals pics, or don't have your face pics on at all, keep those in your "private" folder. It's hard to recognise someone (and possibly try to get them in trouble) by the genitals pics only.

Well yes possibly. Might be majorly overthinking but had a few that as soon as they access the friend photos they will compliment then not reply after having quite a lengthy chat. Looking back now the chats are actually asking a lot of info and not giving much back. Part of which makes me wonder. I will be a lot more cautious going forward.

This is my advice but I did this before I even joined this site. Had someone years ago threaten to leak them online. So now, it's a face pic, or a sex pic, never both.

Never let others take photos or videos. They can use my phone, so I can edit, or they don't get them.
