They do exist, but I haven't heard of one being in Brighton. I know Jaydees had one (the club is closed for refurbishment at the moment), and Club Play in Blackpool has them.

Also, just in case that's what you're after, there are no swingers clubs in Brighton. There is a naturist spa, Bristol Gardens Health Spa, with some "rest rooms", but that's about it as far as I'm aware.

There are private clubs, mostly in Kemp Town, then there is Liberation Swingers.

We have heard of liberation but not tried it yet.

Most times I’ve gone to devils dyke on a Friday or Saturday evening around 8-10pm things can happen but also depends if the car park is full of caravans, usually happens in the second or last car park, some stuff happens by the restaurant but not much
