This week i tried to renew my membership by txt.

It clearly says that if you do not receive a code that you will not be charged.

I tried several times over a several days as i was not receiving any code from the site, this has never been an issue previously.

Eventually it was highlighted on the payment page to check txt spam folder.

I found that's where the codes were being sent.

I have subsequently been charged over £50 to renew my membership, with no way of a refund!!
