how do we inciate after meeting?

We r having trouble with inciating the sex itself once we r in a private setting. Have had two expriences with just a women and neither went great, would like to try again and also try with some couples.

Any ideas?

There's always an awkward moment after the initial chit chat and it can be broken by simply saying something like "shall we get rid of some clothes" or "think you're a bit overdressed can I sort that". If its light and jokey it makes the moment pass more easily.

Yep, that's what we do now. Usually Ruby can't contain herself any longer,and goes for the guy..... or the girl.... either way, it seems to have the desired effect...

Seriously though, OP - try and put impressions of how to 'make the move' that you may have gleaned from movies, soft/hard porn etc out of your head and just go with your own gut feeling. If they don't want to play, they will have almost certainly made that clear by their body language etc before hand.

I will GUARANTEE the other couple are sitting there thinking the exact same thing. It's a bit like being back at school and not wanting to ask the teacher a question, when in reality there's five other kids right next to you all wanting to do the same! Lol!

Just a top tip there!

For us... Girls get close and share a kiss ... And then after letting them get acquainted I grab a kiss too and then slowly clothes tend to be removed.

We used to have this too. That awkward pause at the end of conversation when everybody's gagging to get stuck in ( excuse the intended pun) but everybodys too shy/reserved/nervous whatever to make a start.
