Highly recommend, the effect is very noticable for us both. I'd suggest starting off with silicone/rubber ones then progress onto metal once you're more confident (measure carefully). Shien/Temu have wide selection and cheap as chips.

How are you supposed to measure yourself for these? It’s probably not critical for the silicone ones but the metal ones seem more awkward, and I’ve heard stories of people needing a trip to the ER to get them off.

Me and my wife enjoy them. We've used the silicone ones and also some rope bondage to similar effect.

It's a sensory thing for us. Feels great to us both. Just do some research and be safe about it. There are risks involved with anything that's going to restrict blood flow.

Dont wear it for too long.

Don't wear one that is too tight.

Any pain means it needs to come off and was either on too long or is too tight.
