Renewing my support pass

Is anyone having any trouble renewing their pass…I keep texting the word swing as always but it won’t let me deliver

Is something down or has something changed

please help

I can’t be stressing out contacting this and that

Just though some nice person might have a simple answer please xxxx

It could be the network operator is where the issue lies. Try using one of the other methods of payment, we always pay by card.

If you had contacted Admin they would have sent you a mail with some tips on of why you have had no pin, hence why people advise to contact them

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

Admin say they have had no contact from you about an upgrade. If you use the contact links they will always help with an upgrade
