Lack of action by administrators

I have complained a few times about a profile that contains pictures of my partner which are being shown without her approval but the administrators have taken no action. Why, don't they realise they are causing major problems for my partner as her ex partner is using the original profile to destroy her family, Administrators get real and do something about it

Surely it's the fact that YOU ALL are on herd that is causing major problems. If family is that important... why be here?
