I doubt there will be any where you can do it openly. Better off at a swingers club with wet facilities and overnight rooms.

Northampton

Bristol Gardens (BGHS) down in Brighton. No hotel, but a nice place to make a weekend of it

Proper spa facilities and then separate rest (play) rooms. Don’t play in the spa!!!!!!!
