Always wondered, what’s the deal with the accounts that show up every other week with the same username and pictures? They always seem to be verified by meet and photo.

Are these fake accounts? Scams? What’s going on?

Anyone had any experience with these ‘accounts’?

People leave and come back for their own reasons. Not always nefarious ones.

I do know someone that gets repeat messages from the same person after they block them via new accounts using the same profile photo and text. In those circumstances I'd suggest reporting.

Otherwise I don't give it a seconds thought as to why people do it.

I said similar on another post

I think many do it to get round blocks, I block a profile that keeps rejoining as soon as I see it, before he can send a message.

Or some just join when they're horny and want a meet,a few profiles in my updates have said this in the past. Then they delete when it doesn't happen.

That makes sense. That’s one mystery settled.

The next one I need answers to is why people add randoms as friends, as in when people put on their story or post that they’re accepting friend requests.
