I’ve never heard of adult hotels, any examples of one I’m certainly interested.

I sometimes book day rooms in hotels when I’m meet a couple or arranging a gangbang, I flat share with my best mate, so cannot really bring back couples, or 6 lads for a gangbang, he’s very vanilla.

I find day rooms quite convenient, village hotels have got this down quite well, they know who uses them, and the layout of the hotels offer this service quite well (easy to bypass reception area etc).
