i think it dont matter too much as long as the pic is sexy to whos looking at it.

after all some cock pics are horrendous and are more disgusting than a turn on,

i think torso pics people tend to take them if they think they got something people want to see and show a bit of quality control

but cock pics it just seems like most think any pic will do (and sometimes only that will do lol) and thats probally where the problem lies!

There's no reason why cock pics can't be tastefully taken and show an artistic flourish - I think the main reason people dislike them in general is due to commonly encountered half lit, semi erect variety with a little sliver of semen dripping weakly from the urethra, that for some baffling reason the guys posting them think are going to excite the women on here?

Depends how you are marketing yourself I guess....

Why not just do a fully clothed body shot for your avatar?

Doesn't mean you can't have nude, partially nude - and in fact cock pics - in you pictures. Just seems the general feedback (especially as many browse on phones) is that cock pics tend to blur into 'seen one, seen them all' when they're avatars and small photos.

If you want your profile to stand out at first glance - you need to do something to make it do just that!
