I can't figure it either, It randomly asked me if I wanted the app last time. Since uninstalling I can't get it back.

After logging in, on the home page bottom left square - add icon to iPhone. Will ping it up as an application on your iPhone Home Screen

It is not a true app it just adds a shortcut to your phone, you don't download it you are just using a mobile version of the site.
