As an avid watersports fan, particularly wetting myself, I am searching for some waterproof panties which are not absorbent but have the leak proof seals on the waist and particularly the legs.

I have some rubber shorts which are ok, but have to have a strong elastic band around the legs to keep the wee in.

The problem arises when I am walking around and the seal on the legs leeks allowing my wee to dribble down my legs. Which is fine up to a point unless I am wearing light coloured trousers.

My main desire is to empty multiple bladder loads over several hours into the panties and feel it sloshing around my cock, balls and anus.

I do usually wear a pair of my wife's sloggi type knickers inside the rubber shorts for the initial flood to slowly soak into.

Suggestions as to which of the many adult incontinence waterproofs would do the job.

Most incontenance parts etc are designed to soak up rather than slosh around I think

Exactly this. Try the kink scene? Also, not to kink-shame but if you're planning on doing that in public, how would you stop yourself from smelling of wee? Not everyone wants to be exposed to that.

I was not intending going out in public, just pottering around the house and garden.

I also appreciate how absorbent the adult disposables are having seen what happened many years ago when our 7 month old son was wearing a disposable whilst being playing in a paddling pool and how much water it absorbed. This would deter because of the induced 'dryness' of the diaper.

You might look on some of the German or continental websites. They are much more into kink than the UK, you see professional dommes and rubber fetishists using some quite specialised custom gear and someone has to be making it. Try the search term “gummi” and medical fetish sites.
