THIS!! ^^ How to do it? Stop drinking alcohol - each pint has over 200 calories of sugar! cut out all simple carbs - sugar, bread, cakes, biscuits, breakfast cereals etc plenty of correct intensity exercise.. It's a lifestyle change changing what you drink and eat and how you exercise. Based on your pic - it will probably take a good year to get down to a 4 pack at least. As they guy quoted say - nobody likes to hear that.. it's bloody hard work and lots of discipline. | |||

" yeah true natuarl fat is excellent even for muscle building seeds and nuts are a good source xx | |||
