asking for help on spelling is ok, just write it out and someone will comment on the spelling or use a dictionary or Google

But asking what to write....that's all personal to you

Look at the 100s of profile advice threads, look at the male profiles on the forum and put the effort in.

And to the last poster, it's better to start your own thread
