It's your network you need to call them to be able to access adult content

depends on your sim your using some places you can walk in and have adult content removed.

other sims need online verification be warned if using giffgaff they want d license or passport.

best to change to another sim

house wifi is already set for adult viewing if requested or change within the modem settings.

mobile wifi to mobile hotspot is different if you can access adult content on wifi then to use hotspot its within your phone settings.

cannot access adult content via wifi or hotspot then its mobile provider.

Do a search for adult content restrictions and your mobile network. They provide instructions on what to do. Probably easiest is to phone them and ask them to remove it.
