"You state that Pete is 5’10” and Sam is 5’9”….so Sam’s just one inch shorter than Pete. In your pictures there’s one of you kissing each other with Sam in a red outfit and she’s about 1” shorter than Pete but then there’s a photo of Sam wearing exactly the same outfit in exactly the same room but in this photo we can see that Sam’s wearing a pair of high heels that are about 3 or 4 inches high. So if Sam’s nominal height is 1” less than Paul’s, why is she still 1” shorter than Paul when she’s wearing heels that are at least 3” tall?" if you look closer you will see I'm on a step ladder

If you’re still only 1” taller than her while stood on a step ladder then it means the bottom rung is only 3 or 4 inches off the floor which would make the step ladder non standard and unsafe. The rungs on any ladder need to be equally spaced including the distance from the bottom rung to the floor.

"Noted. I will report it to trading standards immediately " You asked for comments…if you can’t take criticism don’t ask for it.
