Nerves, age and condoms seem like they could be factors in this.

If you supply the condoms your partners are using maybe change brands? Or suggest to them they change the brands/type they are using.

I've found from previous experience older men require a lot more work to keep them going. So the cock ring and porn sound like a good idea. (The age thing is going by your profile preference). Maybe put more time into foreplay before getting down to it, if you don't already do so.

As for the nerves thing.. can't really help that much! I would say offer some wine... but you don't want to make alcohol the solution.

My best friends had this problem before .. but now fully erect at all times.. even while wearing the condoms.. I guess my friend is getting involved more so he forgets the rest..key word is concentrate and able to present yourself at the moment..xx
