Post prostate fun ?

Right so I’m in the early recovery from having my prostate removed ?

Just been told that because of what’s happened I probably will lose length should I be able to get an erection ?

When you read on profiles that people are looking for big cocks ? It does impact on your confidence that after the op I’ll have enough length to actually be enjoyed ? As an average 6 before the op I suppose that might be too small for most post op?

So the question I’m asking is are there people who don’t actually enjoy the bigger but are very happy with an average to small penis ??

Don’t think many will actually reply ?

But for any guys who are on the smaller size let’s see if you can read ? Please do not answer that your small but take the time to look at people who may appreciate your asset but not get the post filled with the inevitable I’m small posts ?

I also have something medical that has the potential to put people off and previously has.

For anything like that it’s always a question when to bring it up, before any meets, in a profile, after a social or not at all

Honestly there’s never a right time for it and it’s when you’re happy to.

People will react differently to things. That’s life. The so called body perfects on here are actually in the minority but seem to affect the majority on how they feel and what they think others are looking for. Most people have bodies that are not buffed or have massive dicks etc and are as equally or more successful on here.

The truth is until you talk to someone and ask them you don’t know. People are more than an aesthetic although some are drawn to that side. Most of the time it’s in my head and actually I make assumptions for others and that’s not good.

As you say it’s still new to you. Look at it this way. You had a problem. It’s been sorted. You my man are a fighter and a warrior.

The hardest thing for me was to like and accept myself first. And knock backs don’t help but there are some amazing people out there

As a female prospective, (not all females), I haven’t asked to see any of the guys private bits before a meet, if I like them enough, I’ll work with whatever there is if it gets to that, a lot of women don’t like their cervix bruised, I certainly don’t, I want to relax & not worry about the guy going too deep.

I have just had a social with a guy, who did tell me about his medical history, which I totally respect, but I wished he had waited til after the social, because now after past trauma of being cast off because of his ‘issue’, if I decide the relationship isn’t for me, he’s always going to think it’s because of that.

You both are fighters & survivors of something life threatening, head up & go with the flow & it’s now just part of who you are.

As a fem that despite given birth to 2 x 10lb+ daughters...anything above 5" is extremely painful for me and definitely not enjoyable!!

That said, I just love an 8"+ facial!!!

Hi mate, Jay here (the male part!) I'm also prostate free, and bowel, anus, the lot has been ripped out and replaced with a bag for life

I do appear to have lost an inch & initially suffered with ED but, to be honest that was more a mental block because I thought that's what would happen, and other people would think.

But, we're in a majority awesome and accepting community, I'm very open about the bag, pic on profile because it is what it is.

Oh and if I lose weight I'm sure I'll get the inch back

Keep on keeping on pal, enjoy yourself

Hi..

I am assuming you had prostate cancer? So can I say well done for catching it early, as you know, many dont..

The prostate plays a huge part in sexual activity, and without it, you are likely to suffer loss .. impotency, incontinence etc, however you are alive, so what a bonus.

I was devastated to be diagnosed in 2012 and played the watch and wait game until 2014 when I had radical prosactemony ( you know what I mean).

10 years on much has changed , my incontinence is better, thanks to pads and pelvic floor exercises.

As for the erectile dysfunction I have experimented with stuff and can get a hard on with help. The size is no different and stays firm for longer..

It's quite a journey but chin up knowing it's not all doom and gloom.

Good luck with the journey, glad your still here.

Hi, it's a hell of a journey but you're out the other side which is a huge bonus! 3 weeks after surgery is very early days in terms of ED,it can take up to 2 years to resolve. Have a look at A Touchy Subject ...sign up for the news letters and you'll get lots of great advice and videos from specialists and people going through exactly the same as you. Definitely keep working on the pelvic floor muscles...the stronger they are the quicker you can control the incontinence. And you lose on average 1cm of penis length...but with exercises and rehabilitation you can help with regrowth and believe it or not, girth!! All the very best of luck on your journey...your attitude and positivity is a massive plus going forward! You'll have bad days but they'll be few. I wish you well!!
