Haha, I wish it was my friend, I've downloaded about 5 different apps that say they do face tracking but don't. So, I thought I'd come to the place that knows best

Cyberlink Powerdirector 16 does tracking, but it's a desktop app not a mobile one. It's not that easy to use and may be overkill for what you need.

Point blur has always worked well for us. It doesn't automatically track the face but it's easy enough to manually do it through the videos in the mobile app editor

We use “blur video” in the iOS App Store. Paid version lets you track subjects but the free one does the job (like in our first video). Hope this helps x
