Make some time and Start with some self play try fingering and gently add fingers and find out what feels good

Try with your finger first … the key thing is, plenty of lube… and most of all, relax!! - don’t be tense!

There are are many nerve endings in that area … just explore as you feel comfortable. Try with small narrow butt plug - again once you feel comfortable.

It sounds like you're already doing every right op, toys, lube, relaxation.

If with a partner ask them to use fingers, starting with 1, insert, stretch the muscle gently in each direction, wait until you've adapted to that then add another finger etc until you can take a cock sized object.

Lube lube lube......then when you have enough lube use more lube. Lol. Take it very slow, start with fingers first.
