Carlisle usually

If your pictures are being used on someone else's profile you can report to admin to have them removed.

It's a couple profile who are no longer a couple.

He has access and has threatened to make all videos and images public etc refusing to delete. I've reported the profile as abusive. As it is going that way.

It’s not only abusive but illegal. If he won’t delete the photos and threatens to make them public tell him he can explain himself to the police (who take this stuff very seriously).

This is illegal, and commonly called revenge porn and should be reported to the police.

I'm so sorry. This sort of thing is awful.

Absolutely make sure you let him know that you will go to the police.

Don't let him sex shame you!!!

Just to reiterate. This isn't me. It's a couples profile that was set up together.

They are no longer a couple. He's the one with access continuing to use and refusing to remove.

Also the legal disclaimer isn't worth anything in this instance. If you send someone or have someone take a photo and they threaten to publish. It's revenge porn and illegal

Fabs admins are awful on this regard. A couple on here shared my face on a video and took me ages to get it down. I dont even know how that passed the checks! The couple blocked me for that. I've seen others complain about the same thing before: their faces being shown by other people. Fabs needs to do better.

If it's not your profile then the person involved will need to report it themselves stating the reason.

Make screenshots and records of all messages and of the images being online with web address URLs too.

In worst case scenario all that will help force the police to act as they'd have clear evidence from the start. Stephen Bear got a 21 month sentence when he posted videos online of his ex.

O o O oo

I missed this

The person who's pics they are need to be the person reporting the profile.

Normally you don't find out what happens to reports but in cases like this you will get a mail saying they are looking into it, then another mail when resolved.

It is helpful if you give a bit longer for Admin to investigate these type of reports as the people being reported will be getting mails from Admin too.
