"Never had any trouble before just won't work no matter how I do it "

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

It seems there is an issue with vodafone yesterday, vodafone are working on it.

If you want to upgrade while you are waiting for them to sort it there are other options here.

It keeps saying that I need to add a code, and two options where the code can be sent to which are mobile numbers which when I joined the site can't remember if I provided one as my numbers have changed x

You don't provide a phone number to the site. Is it your bank asking for you to add the code to approve the payment? if so it will be the number you have registered with them.

Apparently it's the site that takes the payment, it something new which I've never faced before, says it's for secure payments like authenticating that it is my card

At top says (please wait) like the transaction is trying to go through, I must've refreshed the page then the above happens....

I'll give it another go today soon

Neither of my numbers end with the last three digits that I see. It's like it's throwing me via the text option

It is third party that takes payments. The site doesn't see any details whether paying by card or text

I've tried both options for credit card top and bottom and I fill the details then takes me to secure payments and I need to pick where I'd want to receive the code but neither are my number and I've always used the card option

Apparently because I'm using a new device I need to register my new device with Google pay, it's an additional security feature in case you've lost your device pretty neat then they provide me with a code, so my device is linked with my card so I'm able to use Google pay feature. Device needs to be added and set up
