Blocked orofiles

Good afternoon. I’m sure this has probably been answered before but why can I still see profiles I’ve blocked? I mean when the blocked profiles list a meet or post new photos etc. surely when they are blocked, they should not be visible at all…

You can only see them when you go into your block list or if they are in the forums.

They also show up when you browse through new photos and videos… was hoping that when you block a profile, it blocks them everywhere.
