After receiving a message, I looked at their profile which said 4 verifications but when I clicked on it to view them it was nothing but a blank screen and also there is no green tick on the profile. How is this possible and what does it mean?

I think, users can restrict the view under privacy section so others can't see...

did that but still the same

Profile says 4 verifications but nothing shows, just a blank screen and no green tick on profile
