It’s a nice picture and a lot better than a dick pic or a shadow avatar.

From a body language viewpoint it looks a bit closed with your arm across and perhaps a smile would help?

It wouldn’t be an instant delete.

Thank you. I've got nothing against a dick pic but only if I'm sending it privately to a person once I have been asked to do so.

Never understood the choice to have a silhouette photo, I don't think it would make a lot of people comfortable meeting if they didn't know what you looked like

Never really been one to smile in photos but it's definitely a good bit of advice! I shall take that on board and try taking a smiling photo. As long as I don't hate the photos and don't look like a complete weirdo, I will upload them on here afterwards
