I find it so cringe to read chat GPT stuff though.

I get why it's laid out the way it is but it's like someone's taken a template an adjust changed a few words for themselves and it's so freakin obvious. And also a huge turn off of they haven't written it themselves.

I honestly don't think it matters really. Lots of people probably use gpt to write stuff now and I think that can be really helpful if writing isn't a strong point.

I actually put my bio through ChatGPT for the fun of it and asked it to rewrite it and ended up keeping one of the lines it came up with because it was so funny.

Using a line that made you chuckle is a reflection of your sense of humour.

Copy and pasting your whole profile from it is like asking your mum to write your CV for you.

I get it that some people aren't good at writing stuff. But it's not an essay.

Sometimes a few short lines is enough to draw me in.
