We were banned from updating our status 4 months ago for naming a disrespectful person

Anyway after renewal of our account subscription as we have done for the last 7 years or so we find we are still not able to update our status

A status if you read out profile we use to run a very successful party were cples from all over the country attend and get to meet the people they have been talking to on the site can anyone shed some light on a permanent ban
