Hullo!

I recently took some photos of my wife for our profile, LowKee and NicNoks. I was impressed at how some of them turned out. Can I get some feedback and fabs please.

To be honest I was trying to for sexy rather than sleazy, I think I did okay.

It was really hot having her posing for me, had a play inbetween and after pictures

That would depend on whether you wanted to keep the 'candid, semi nude' look or you actually wanted them to look like they'd been taken by a photographer (though a combination of both can be achieved)?

And I'd need to know what gear you were using, so I could advise you based on the limitations of what you have to hand

thanks for utterly bypassing my criticism btw lol...

what I was going to say was they look like good mobile phone pics..

pretty unedited..if u have some phone software, or pc photo editing software, perhaps u could look into improving the pics

sometimes its as simple as contrast adjusting really

Hey!!

Always nice to see people asking advice and for feedback - especially when it's not the usual suspects paranoid that they're not in this weeks most fabbed!!!

Not caring what kit you've got - they're a lot clearer and more interesting than many first attempts - at least they're in focus and not blurry mobile phone in mirror shots.

I'd suggest browsing profiles for inspiration - there's a lot of great shots - both from the pros like JFL and others, and also from happy amateurs, using basic cameras and even decent mobiles. Be creative, think of your background (avoid mess and clutter) and go for variety!! Many don't care how professional pics look - rather that they give a clear picture of the people in the shots interns of bodies and in your cases, faces!

And keep snapping! Practice will not only improve your skills and results - but it's awesome fun too!

A few of ours were took with a point and shoot and at least one was took with my mobile Get them off 'Auto' and there's tons you can do, creatively.

In that case, just look at your composition (look up 'The Rule of Thirds'...then break it occasionally, once you've understood it and used it).

Bend your legs a little, so the cameras pointing at her midriff, rather than her head when you're shooting full length shots, as it reduces the chances of you making your subject look shorter than they really are (conversely, it can make them look taller than they really are )

Try and avoid clutter in your images, pictures next to heads are distracting, as are door handles etc.

Look up a few 'model poses' websites, you want a subject who is relaxed looking.

And get an App called Snapseed, it's free and brilliant !

And ignore pompous twats with tons of gear and too much time on their hands, like me !

We like taking photos too, often set aside a morning to do it and out comes the "special" box with all the naughtiest things in it.

Most of ours are in black and white, because that's what WE like, some don't, but that's choice for you.

When it comes to photography, we would say have fun, we find each other attractive and love taking pics, but Rob would say when Sarah is natural (hitching a stocking, talking whilst Rob is clicking away) we get our best results.

We liked your pics, and keep enjoying doing them

Having had a good look at the photos, just a couple of tips, Labels, make sure they are either cut off, or tucked away so they can't be seen poking out from behind the g string , also bra straps, make sure they are straight and sitting level..

I'm a professional printer and see photos all day, and pic up on these things

Oh my I hadn't even noticed. I did leave the ones with my xbox out though, didn't feel it was fair on my wife to have all the guys fanning my impressive collection of xbox games.
