Not able to post on forums through th couples profile

My partner and I have a xoupl s profile (fully verified) but are unable to post in the forums at all, which is a massive annoyance when putting names down for socials/parties. We have contacted admin many times but nothing is ever responded to. Has anyone else had an issue like this in the past, if so what advice would you suggest as admin don't seem to respond at all?
