How wrong is it to fancy trying fun with a young guy when you’re old like me ?

"As long as everyone is of legal and and consenting then each to their own."

I'd add capacity to the above

"As long as everyone is of legal and and consenting then each to their own."

Just because it's legal doesn't always make it right.

So if both are of legal age and both consenting what would make it not right????

Not having the capacity to consent.

A situation where there is power imbalance.

There are many subtleties & nuances to be considered

It seems by your question that you consider it wrong, why is that?

There's a thread running with a young guy saying he'd love to meet older women. Nobody seems to think that's wrong.

If a younger man wants to meet you then with all the usual things about capacity, consent and legality in place I really can't see anything wrong in it.

If it causes you to question what you stand for morally maybe it's not for you.

Perhaps I’ve done that too much and I should just enjoy it if it happens

Maybe. . Our upbringing and moral code have a strong influence though, don't they

I'm not too keen on meeting girls that much younger (18 - 20) for sex per say but, if there's a connection, there's a connection.

At the moment I'm rather interested in a lovely 23 year old. She's smart, funny, creative, talented, beautiful and short! I wouldn't want to just hook up with her though. But, I know from experience dating much younger women carries a big old bucket of stigma and side eyes.

I think (from experience) that it's best to stick within your own moral guidelines, it's bad for the soul not to. That's not to say that those guidelines can't change over time
