Hi,

I'm looking to self lock and leave the keys in the car to stop me wanking as much lol.

I don't want it to be squashed and shrivelled. Any advice for a newbie

Thanks

So, look for a cage that is the same size as your penis when flacid (be honest with yourself, because one that is too big will actually make you more squashed and uncomfortable than one that is the same size or slightly smaller).

For the first few days of trying to wear it, your going to be getting excited for no reason and it will feel very uncomfortable until you get used to it. You have to push through this stage, but i would say if it gets painful... take the cage off. So wear it for short periods and build up.

Make sure you can wear it for a whole of the day time without trouble, before going for overnight. Many find morning wood very challenging, so have the keys to hand and pop the cage off, leavingthe ring on, if it gets a bit much.

Clean the cage at least once a week and make sure the lower ring section is cleared daily of anything catching on it as that causes friction that will get painful.

Buy a cheap cage to start, CB6000 or CB6000s or holy trainer are good starter cages that can be bought on ebay and the like cheaply. Try a metal cage at some point, as there is a big metal v non-metal split in wearers. Once you start to figure things out, you can buy a more expensive or custom cage but you must know your size and design preferances before doing that.

Hope that helps. So cheap cage, try out different sizes and designs, build up time wearing, keep the cage clean... keep a spare key near until you've figured things out a bit. Good luck.
