There are clubs open until 3am at weekends. I don't know any open til 5am. Do you mean 9am or 9pm ?

Infusions in Blackpool opens Wednesday-Saturday 11am-5pm.

Sunday 11am or 1pm-10pm on special nights sometimes till midnight or 1am.
