You will ultimately have a physiological limits, largely because most of the fluids will be stored, ready to be released. You may have some potential for increasing tank size by letting your orgasms be less frequent and thus getting to maximimum fill capacity, as standard. You'd be aiming to encourage some stretching - but I'm not aware of any scientific evidence upon it. As stated at the start, there will be physiological limits.

You will need to be fully hydrated, so I'd avoid caffeine etc, which may discourage fluids being retained. Certainly a very healthy diet will ensure you're not deficient in anything that could be influencial.

I agree with others about edging, as this will prime you to be easily ready to cum.

Drink more water based drinks and eat foods with Zinc like nuts. Also cheese and coffee can help too
