How can we get the swinging spark back, we love going to clubs and having fun, but it doesn't feel as good and fun as when we started. We love meeting people and having socials, but wondering if any clubs to try and give us a change and maybe some fun along the way.

The more you do something the less fun and exciting it becomes, everything looses its spark over time. That applies to everything in life, haven’t you noticed that?

Not sure doing more of the same but in a different location will reignite the spark.

How about having a break for a while and returning with renewed enthusiasm?

What is it about this club that you think will bring back your spark? Why have you chosen the club that you’re going to?

We've not been to this one and it does look fun, we have been going to the same club like over 100 times and in kinda a rut, know the people, know the staff, like same old. We have tried a few other clubs but some we won't return to unfortunately.

Think it's like anything; classic hedonic adaptation theory. The same applies to anything in life as we eventually return to our baseline state. That first time you go to a nightclub in your youth - eventually they're all the same, or a similar experience and you just won't get that same thrill of excitement.

I've only been to a sex club once, for the first time last week, and to be honest, I didn't really see what was so good about them? Then again, I have never liked nightclubs - add an extra bit of seediness to it, and it's even less likely to appeal to me. Haha

and thats why there are 1000s of us still swinging after 10 yrs 20 yrs 30 yrs duh some will lose the spark just as some may break up in there relationship but many of us never lose the spark we may have some life issues that may interfere from time to time but we never lose the spark

Do you find you have the same routine when it comes to swinging? Having the same pre-game chat and getting ready process? And go through the same play routine?

If so, maybe changing things up entirely could help. There are some swingers board games you could try playing with people to switch things up a bit

I can imagine seedy sex clubs wouldn't appeal to many people. Try a genuine swingers club next time and go with an open mind.

I'd suggest taking a break from swinging. Concentrate on other hobbies and interests and then if you are missing it; you can start make refreshed. That's what I do from time to time and I've been on the scene about 12 years.

I hope you enjoyed the other club you were going to try. Chat together about how you want to proceed. Good luck.

Maybe try a tantric retreat as a couple.
