How do you film yourself on FS

I’m obviously a bit thick - if I have an iPhone and wanted to have a bit of fun in the chat room (I.e. show myself on video), then how do I actually do this - can’t work it out - but also if I’m videoing myself on the phone then I presumably can’t see what’s going on in the chat rooms - thanks
