How often do single ladies and couples actually message single guys?

As I'm sure your always the first to be contacted by a single male...

Yeah this happened to me... Got a message from a "woman"... Was feeling quite chuffed, then a couple messages in they reveal their a man!

Was not impressed lol

I got mesaged once by a cpl i replied, they didnt respond and then deleted my message . Other than that i message a lot of people and they all get deleted with no reply, which is frustrating some times because i am a pefect match in some cases,for what some individuals and cpls are looking for.(I think i smell)?

I dont mind if people are not intrested but a no thanks would be nice its got to the point where i dont bother now just perv on cams instead.

Women and couples have made first contact with me quite a bit really. A lot of women and couples block all single men, and then just message the ones that interest them.

In other cases, if I have been outside their age filters and unable to message them, they have sometimes messaged me after I have looked at their profile or fabbed their pics.

I don't know why more women don't do this really. So many complain about the huge volume of crap messages they get. If they blocked everyone and just messaged the occassional profile that actually matches what they are looking for they could do much better.

You have to understand the shear number of messages received each day by unwanted men out of your criteria. To be honest we do not bother messaging back most of the messages as they are like hi or wanna f**k !!

When you do send a nice message back to most guys they think it is an instant access to bang the wife!!

I get contacted by women fairly regularly, and its mostly to compliment me on my profile - I actually get those kind of messages more often than the usual 'nice cock mmmmmm' variety which are generally from couples. I used to get buckets of winks and friends invites too till I updated my profile.

The phrase "I am a perfect match" is the problem here.

Never assume that just because you feel you're right for someone based on the limited info anyone can put in a profile that they will jump at the chance of replying or meeting.

Attraction - be it physical, mental - or even to the tone and content of your message - is beyond your control.

As for the original question - I probably send a couple of messages a month, unless I'm away with work and looking for company. And my inbox tends to be busier than my sent box.

That is a bit strange really. Just looked at your profile to see if there was an obvious reason why not, but im not too sure. You have good pics, a well worded profile, and you can accom and travel. Think the only thing that could put people off is you have been a member for 8 months and had no verifications. And you live in London, where there will be lots of profiles for women to look through before they get to yours

That's the issue I think I face... I mentioned in another post that it ain't fair to automatically assume someone with no verifications is a fake or time waster because they've been here for how ever long... I've just been unlucky getting a meet to be verified... But that's a whole other kettle if fish lol

Have you tried to get cam verified...some will search just for verified profiles and so yours will not show up. Getting cam verified will give you the magical green tick! Some will still bypass your profile but at least it increases your chances of showing up in searches.

As for messaging...I do occasionally, but I tend to wink more - if someone returns the wink then I'll send a message but it's rare I'll send a first message as I know I'm not to everyone's taste

Just go on the chat rooms. Get your face on cam. Talk to other people who have their cams on and don't act like a moron. If your face is on cam and you can hold an actual conversation you won't have a shortage of women that are willing to chat. If you have a good chat with a few women/couples on there im sure at least one will be willing to verify you. That's how i got my initial verification before i had meets

Start out in a room without too many people in at first then. Maybe the London room for example so you can at least talk to people who are local to you. Don't be vulgar, and don't beg people to watch your cam. If you are friendly, interesting and talkative, people will look at you. So long as you don't just sit there wanking you'll do fine, lol

I always do. I have my profile so I don't show up on searches so I don't get loads of mail. I prefer to go looking. Seems dumb to sit around waiting for blokes to mail and then bitch about all the unsuitable mail etc. Or perhaps some people like it for the confidence boost, who knows.

I am messaging more than I used to...but I'm not one to whinge at crappy mails either. Only time I'l complain about mail received is if it's abusive, but can't complain about messages not being from the right guys if you've just waited to see what you receive! In the past have managed to have a lot of fun from messages received (and have been guilty of waiting for messages to come in), but they are tailing off now I've been here for a while so I'm trying to be more active in seeking out meets

I've offen wondered if a lot of guys feel like this

I used to mail men but I never got a reply and I got a few guys block me

I wondered a few times if I was just punching above my weight with the guys I was picking or if they just assumed I was a guy and ignored me

That's the main reason I stopped mailing men as none replied so I felt I was wasting my time, made more sense to just reply to men who mailed me

If I got a message from a profile of a lady or couple that had verifications, and pictures and had been around a while i would be flattered.

If i got one from an '18 yr old girl' on a new profile, no veris no pics and created two days ago (you know the ones i mean) i would be very very suspicious.

18 yr olds do not mail 53 yr old men

i confess i did get a message once from a couple who were interested in me, they lived in exeter 300 miles away.

i couldnt work out if it was a wind up or not, so i politely declined.

at least if us guys get messages they are so infrequent we can manage to reply to them all.

The only mails I get out of the blue are from bi men! That's all cool and everything but I'm straight, the offer is appreciated but no thanks, haha!

Without sounding big headed, I think my profile is quite good but in my opinion swinging seems to have come down to location recently. Not many people seem to want to swinging outside of their own town or county at a push.

It doesn't help if the area in which you live isn't very 'active'.

I lived in London (South West) for a year and found it very, very poor for swinging. Maybe everyone just swung in Essex and like to keep it in there?

I think women/couples should mail single men more, go for what you want or interests you. What's the worst that could happen? They don't reply? If you don't try you can't gain anything.

Another way to get verified is to attend a social or two, if you are polite, well mannered and articulate then you will often find a few verifs awaiting you within a day or two.

Single guys get a bad rep, but that means the nice guys do tend to stand out from the crowd in a social environment, and soon become very popular.!

I have had some lovely socials and meets from the guys that have messaged me and very local too. I just go by how they message, the funnier the better to make me laugh, that means to me that guy has personality which is a big must. Then messages start flowing back and forth until we meet and even after.

I like a guy to know whats what as well, i have messaged a few and have got some lovely replys back.

But!! I am very choosy and seemed to have got it right for myself !!

I am not actively looking for single men, so to stay in control of my inbox I have blocked single men. However if the content of their profile is original and/or individual, their pictures tease my overactive imagination and their verifs confirm my initial interest I will initiate first contact and have done so on a number of occasions. Call me fussy but it worked and I was lucky that they too were interested enough to want to meet me.

I also think one of the reasons I don't like mailing guys is because I don't really have much to offer in the way of arranging a meet, by that I mean I don't drive and I don't accommodate and I feel a bit cheeky mailing a guy and saying

Hi nice profile, would you like to meet? by the way I don't drive so you'll have to come here and we need to get a hotel

Just seems way to much to expect from someone, at least if they mail me I don't feel cheeky saying they need to travel as it was them who made first contact

Ok I admit I get dozens of messages from guys I have no interest in what so ever, but I also get lots of men who I look at and think WOW..what the hell you messaging me for lol ive met loads of guys off here who have been great and I have many good nights, all with guys who have messaged me first

There must be thousands of men on here who never receive a genuine message.

What do they do about it ?

Moan

Make a nuisance of themselves

Carpet bomb everyone within 25 miles with messages

Complain that other users are impolite

Ask for advice and then either don't take or take it to the extreme

A few will sit back and look what others do and adopt a similar stance

The really clever ones will up their game by improving their profile content, having a better selection of pics on show, joining in on the forums or in chat rooms, attending socials and visiting clubs.

Those that even more clever will use fab in conjunction with other sites and more importantly with real life and realise that it is not a knocking shop with free admission and neither is it a cure all every time ur cock points skywards.

That is the real problem here, reality and probability getting in the way of expectation and possibility.

All that said, some guys will get messaged purely for the way they look and even sometimes what they have between their legs.

These tho are in a massive minority, with those with something between their ears being as a whole more consistently successful than those with something between their legs.

If a guy is good looking, intelligent and has an appealing profile he will get messages. Even more so if he utilises his assets and the site to the best of their potential.

These I would term exceptional males and they are few and far between.

A problem arises in that many average guys come here to get their balls emptied without putting in any effort yet expect that they will be treated in just the same way as the exceptional males by posting a cock pic and a few lines that say little more than 'i am hung, shag me'

If I get messages from someone I dont like sound of or they dont send a pic, I always say a polite no thank you. Manners cost nothing but a couple of minutes typing

I have sent the odd message to a single guy, just saying hi how are you etc. I say more than that but its usually off the top of my head. Dont get replies so I dont bother anymore, just wait to see if I get any messages. Done a new profile and the lady who gave me v good advice said wait for the messages to come. Not many did lol

Before I made the first move on a guy I want to see a face pic, most guys on here have no pics at all and the ones who do its cock shots and body shots, im not saying theres anything wrong with that, im merely saying I wouldn't mail someone unless they had a face pic, which is about 2% of the guys on here

I'm the same way with women really, which makes it difficult. I want to be able to see what they look like before I message,but unfortunately have to just take a chance sometimes. My face pics are private so I can't really complain if others have the same. It's just annoying if a woman asks to see my face pic when she hasnt sent her own, and its hard to tell what she looks like from her public pics. Just have to go on the written profile, and try to judge them from that.
