Can anyone suggest how to get intouch with Mods, helpdesk etc. I have written a number of messages but no response. I have even sent a verrivied photo but no response to that either.

There's a contact button at the bottom of the page, you really just have to keep messaging until they see yours that's what we had to do

this it took 5 weeks to sort my issue out but was finally sorted
