I will answer this in good faith.

Get on dating apps. Lots of them. Write an HONEST bio (leave out the kinky, but don't promise a relationship). Chat to every woman that swipes right on you. Be consistent, friendly, charming (if you are capable, if not, don't bother with any of this). Treat any woman who wants to meet you with respect and consideration. Don't bring up kink at all until you've made a good connection and if you do, go at her pace. Consider yourself fortunate if you successfully find a FWB in the first place and remember a kinky one who's kinks align with yours is like a unicorn and about as easy to find. Never be entitled, never take a woman who wants to fuck you for granted.

What's worked for me: Don't look for one.

Put yourself in social situations: clubs, socials, munches, chat rooms, forums, wherever you can find people who might align with you.

Spend time with the people there. Let each budding relationship be what it is, and value it for that.

One (or more) of these people might become fwbs. If they do, great! If they don't, you've still got new friends and good experiences with them.

Also, quite a lot depends on what you consider "kinky". The kink scene might be a good place to visit. But their idea of "kinky" goes a LONG way past the occasional threesome. (For my part, I don't consider myself very kinky, but I do like the people there)
