Find them in your block list and unblock, they may have also blocked you in which case you can't unblock.

And only the last 250 show that you blocked old one you cant see therefor cant unblock

If you have been blocked by the site you won't appear on each others block list this usually happens if either profile reports the other, only admin can unblock you'd have to contact them
