have a look at the one i have, the flat one is extreme and it need to be used with something to keep it close to the body to have the full effect of the cage.

i would suggest you try a short birdcage one make sure you get the correct size ring to go around his scrotum and cock this is the most important bit.

I can definitely recommend a smaller cage, I've found mine more comfortable, there's just no room to allow any sort of erection, go for stainless steel too, much better for hygiene and ideal for longer term wear.

Absolute nightmare trying to find one that fits right for long term wear.

Found that a solid cage with a little room to grow in cage best for sleeping as nighttime boners don’t cause the ring to pull on balls.

Only cage we found that fits this bill was poorly made and has sharp welds inside.

Have a whole collection of cages that are great for a few days but then cause sores or pain. Some it’s not even possible to sleep in.

I imagine it’s easier if you have a small cock that doesn’t grow to much but if like me you can fit in a small cage but grow to a decent size it’s very difficult

Yes I have one with 6mm x60mm long tube, it has a short open steel cage, make sure is sterile and plenty of sterile lube. I’ve worn mine for 15 days continuously with no issues. I tried the plastic tube with steel tip, not comfortable and caused Slight bleed. I think it’s from where the metal tip joins the plastic tube.

Agree with alot of what’s been said above about getting the loop around the scrotum right and then the cage needs to be a tight fit for long term use.
