France or Spain

Hi guys

Planing for a holiday but can’t decide where to go Spain or France if you can help me which one for swingers life. I have been to paris and Barcelona but was a business trip so I never experienced swingers life there. One of my friend suggest gran Canaria but another one said no. Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.
