we host and organise several gangbangs and multiple guys meets for our selves and our regular cpls throughout the year.

we like everyone else also get the problem of timewasters and dreamers,and guys trying to be pushy,ie,

can i have pics of the lady?

can i see their profile?

can i have the address? etc etc

we have come up with a few 'stages/rules/pointers',whatever you want to call them that seems to sort the majority of men into one of two groups ,those to bother with and those to avoid.

our stages are as follows.

1,see what sort of guys/ we're or our couples are looking for? ie fat/ thin old /young black /white or no preference etc

also what sort of meet they want ie amount of guys /other couples.

whether the meet is to be bareback or safe.

whether photos are to be taken etc etc

see whether we have enough guys from our regular list that will suffice or at least invite as many from the regualr list as possible.

regular is always better.

3 if there are insufficent numbers off our regular list we always ask our cpls if they have any reg guys or guys in particular they wish us to approach?

4 the other option is to ask our regualr guys if there is anyone they can reccommend that they have met on their travels.

5 we then pop an update on our pro and and advert in the gangbang section with most of the relevent info on.

6 we will get contacted by everyman under the sun trying it on ,ie some who have not read the advert the profile or anything.

7 we always demand a photo and mobile number if a guys not willing to provide this we cast them aside. if they do we save their messages, to contact them for the meet.

8.once we have our guys even with regular guys ,we do not engage in loads of conversation about the meet or the couples,we only send pics out if the couple so wishes,never otherwise.

9 never give out couples profile names no matter what promises the guys give you they will only look.

we have had good couple freinds BOMBARDED with messages and freind requests when we made this mistake in the past,to the point coupls have dropped out.

10 once we have the guys we think are suitable and the couple has checked them all if they so wish ,we send a message to all asking if they are still interested and available on the date, we send all the rules that the couples sets and any other information.

11 we will only confirm on reciept of their next message.

12 the address goes out only on the day or the evening before the meet. theres nothing worse than a guy turning up unnanounced when your kids are over because they have mixed up the dates!!!!

Whilst much of this is sensible, certain aspects of this approach will leave it only appealing to the type of person you are hoping to avoid.

Unless I've misunderstood, it seems like you are demanding that the men give photos, and their phone number, and promise to meet, all without seeing pics of the woman, or seeing the profile to ensure she is genuine. And you would consider it pushy for a man to ask to see this?

Surely only the really desperate, and the timewasters would reply to something like this. There's no way i'd meet or even give out personal details without seeing the other person, or seeing if they are verified.

If i was ever contacted about a meet from a 3rd party, and then wasn't given any proof of how genuine or attractive they are, there's no way I'd want to meet.

Don't you think that the op would have checked to see how the genuine the woman is? As long as they are happy with her verifications then that should be enough for the guys don't you think?

Good advice, although I have usually followed it and still found it incredibly hard to get a reasonable selection.

Two questions:

1. If you have told men that there will be pictures taken, and they all accept that (was on the meet request and in the initial message), then a couple of them start getting shy about it, would you delete them from the list? What happens when its short notice

2. What happens when you do all this and only one guy turns up? How do you avoid that?

I'm kind of with you on that, and I know I wouldn't want a bunch of guys turning up and saying 'actually mate she a bit of a porker so thanks but no thanks!'

As for trusting the OP's word that the couple/lady is genuine and attractive - that's all subjective to me?

There's never a fool proof way and we do give pics when authorised but we dont go issuing them willy nilly if a couple wants pics taken n guys are not into that then we leave the choice to the guys .

In answer to the second if we go through the above and only one guys turn up we do block the others unless they can provide a genuine reason for non attendance

I do gangbangs all the time and never send a pic to anyone. I would be sending thousands if I did. They either come to gangbang or they dont.

I don't see what attraction to someone has to do with a gangbang? To me the turn on is the amount of men there not what they look like. Half the time I don't even see their faces anyway.
