I do feel more horny when I am at the beginning of my period, when it's more spotting than bleeding. I would rather use my toys then though as I am usually not in a mood to see anyone.

I feel incredibly horny towards the end of my period, when it's a very light flow.

I have one particular lover who's more than happy to play whenever, even if I have quite a heavy flow. He loves the fact that everything is much more sensitive, and he loves to edge me most then.
