Our friend has not been able to post in the forums since she created her account. She has tried to sort this before but hasn't really got anywhere.

Can someone have a look at this please.

I don't want to paste her profile link here. Can a mod please message me for her details.

If your friend fulfils the requirements for forum use - you can't use it as soon as you join - then get her to contact Admin directly from her profile, as the user recommends above.
