We have a few and Mr uses them occasionally. We both enjoy play time with them. Some feel more realistic than others, worth spending the extra for the more realistic feel in my opinion.

The Love honey Fantasy X-Tensions 3 Extra Inches Extra Girthy, is a good realistic feel one.

Mine are from Temu! They have a range on there, one of mine is like a smooth sleeve and extends about an inch the other extends by 3 and had stimulating bits inside and outside
