Reporting a user

Does anyone know how I can report a user that has blocked ME after being so disrespectful?

The report link is still there if you click on the profile, even when you've been blocked.

Or you can report using the link on any message they've sent

There's a report link at the bottom of any message. And at the left hand side of the profile page.
