Try damiana leaf, you can get it in capsules from health shops, etc. Can take a few days of taking it but we found some positive effects with that.

This! Ask your GP to send you for blood tests to get your testosterone checked. My libido went downhill a few months ago, and my boobs were hurting all the time, to a point when I did not want anyone even just looking at them. Went to GP, was sent for blood test and even though all was still within normal range, my GP offered me HRT patches. No more painful boobs and I am definitely much more interested in sex.

There is a medication lisenced in the US called vylisi. Works for men and women but only lisenced for women. You can get it in the UK from reputable research labs under the name bremolenotide or pt141. And it really really works. Can research on YouTube too. Rhi and I have been using it for almost a year and for rhi it makes her horny as hell, much wetter and more sensitive than usual and much more intense orgasms. For me I get the same libido boost, harder erections, last longer, shorter recovery times and increased mood and confidence along with mind blowing orgasms. It's a peptide too so much fewer side effects than with Viagra. You can take them both together for added fun . Might take a few doses to find the right one for you and it's not the cheapest but it definitely works

Having read great things about testosterone I spoke to my GP a couple of years ago and he prescribed it in gel form.

I was more than happy with the results!

Yes same once I started on the menopause my sex drive took a nose dive but i was prescribed testosterone gel to go with my hrt and it's made a world of difference to my sex drive it also acts as an antidepressant. It's a game changer .
