Hi!

If I leave a verification for someone by mistake, is there any way to remove it?

I think you’ll need to contact admin

Also message the profile you verified in error to ask them not to publish it. We did this ourselves a few weeks back but evetually admin sorted it.

I think the only thing that would remove it - besides them doing it for you - is deleting your account.

I didn't realise admin did that for people. I'm not sure they should do it either.

Only admin can remove verifications, so you should really contact them

Staffs

You can block the person then the verification you leave them comes off

However when you unblock them it will reappear

Why? If somone verified the wrong profile then its a false veri so needs removed

It's open to abuse. Obviously, I am not saying this is the case here, but I could leave someone a glowing verification and later discover that they were not going to verify me because they thought the meet was crap. I could then contact admin and say I left it by mistake.

I think admin would look into it more than just taking veris of people, but if people are going to be petty like that they should maybe take a step back and ask themselves are they on fab to meet people or to get glowing verifications racked up

We did this a few weeks ago - were chatting at the same time to 2 couples with very similar profile names. Had a social meet with one couple but then did the veri on the other profile by mistake...

Not exactly a mistake but left a veri for a lady few weeks ago and she asked me to delete it after as turns out she had turned down a regular swinging friend for that evening and didn't want him to know. If we had both wanted to would admin have deleted it I wonder? (I know she didn't have to display it but showed on veri summary and she didn't want to suddenly hide that.)
