"What about the group organised social ? " People meet at an agreed location and socialise. Its often in a pub or similar so people behave as they would in any social setting.

" Yep this and in most cases "social means social". Seen cases of people expecting more before, even a bit of a snog and touchy feely, but even that rarely happens. At some there might be a hotel nearby and a few people peel off for a small after party but wouldn't expect it. Just expect to chat and meet people and hopefully make contacts for the future. Arranged one before where ended up with maybe 12 left and open invite for everybody to come to a room of which 8 did. Some genuinely thought it was just for a nigthtcap and metaphorically shat themselves and left

Help yourselves to condoms & lube. Pretty sure people won't mistake that for a drink.

Some just left but then my partner said "ok everyone welcome back to our room" and off people went. Then it was slightly awkward in the room as people looked at eachother. My partner said right enough of this let's all get naked. 60 seconds later us two naked and six clothed. That was even more awkward. It was a slightly naive bunch looking back Luckily most joined in soon after.

" After 30 seconds of you getting naked you would be still removing your socks to find the pair of us already naked. Velcro pants like the Chippendales

"What about the group organised social ? People meet at an agreed location and socialise. Its often in a pub or similar so people behave as they would in any social setting. " Exactly this. The Manchester Social were excellent. Loads of people having a chat and having a drink, just like you would in any pub or club. If you meet someone/a couple then arrange something later that day or in the future. Made some great friends at socials.
